  MATERIAL & DESCRIPTION

• 360-degree All-Over-Print made by using dye- sublimation technology.
• The design will not fade, crack, flack or peal.
• Made from a 95% polyester and 5% spandex blend.
• Handmade using a cut and sow technique.

Note: Actual colors may differ due to light and display setting of customer computer screens. May have a 2-3 cm variance in design placement.

• PLEASE READ AND CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE CAREFULLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE IN CASE OF THE WRONG SIZE
• Our products are only produced based on our size charts so please do not compare with the other one. 
• Available and RUN TRUE US sizes, please measure your body size and check the size chart to choose the right size. 
• Please allow 2-3 cm differs due to manual measurement.

WASHING & CARE

REJOICE! All of our clothes can we be washed and dried by MACHINE. Use hot, or cold water, it doesn’t matter. We use top of the line printing and material to prolong the ‘washing fade’ look.

CANCELLATION

If you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have to contact us within 3 hours since the order completed. After 3 hours of making the order, unfortunately, we cannot issue you the cancellation. Please understand that, you will not be refunded the shipping fee when canceling your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We will be happy to refund or exchange a product to make our customers satisfied if: 

• You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 5-12 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
• You received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

EXCHANGES

• If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
• Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Our policy last 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• You can not return the product just because you do not like it anymore and change your mind when you receive your parcel. We just accept the return if there are problems with our products and they were damaged in transit.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• We suggest to directly send us an e-mail regarding any unexpected circumstance.
